  • 1/2 lb. fresh mung bean sprouts

  1. Rinse the bean sprouts in cold water.
  2. Spread them out on a paper towel to dry.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the bean sprouts.
  4. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
