French Toast
Ingredients
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 4 slices of bread
  • Butter or margarine

Steps
  1. Beat eggs, milk, sugar and cinnamon in shallow bowl until blended.
  2. Dip bread slices in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides.
  3. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.
  4. Place bread slices in skillet; cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  5. Serve immediately with desired toppings.
