- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 4 slices of bread
- Butter or margarine
- Beat eggs, milk, sugar and cinnamon in shallow bowl until blended.
- Dip bread slices in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides.
- Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.
- Place bread slices in skillet; cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with desired toppings.
