Ingredients
  • 6 cups cubed French bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place bread cubes in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
  4. Pour egg mixture over the bread cubes.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
