- 6 cups cubed French bread
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place bread cubes in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, beat together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
- Pour egg mixture over the bread cubes.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
