  • Potatoes
  • Oil

Steps
  1. Peel and cut potatoes into thin strips.
  2. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F.
  3. Fry potatoes in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.
