Ingredients
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless white fish (tilapia, cod or halibut)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8-10 corn tortillas
  • Shredded cabbage, for topping

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder and cumin; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with olive oil mixture.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Warm tortillas in the oven for 2 minutes.
  6. Top each tortilla with fish and shredded cabbage; serve with avocado salsa verde.
