Fish Tacos
Ingredients
  • 1 lb white fish
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Lay the fish on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, mix together the cabbage, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
  5. Once the fish is cooked through, flake it into small pieces and add it to the cabbage mixture.
  6. Serve the fish tacos in warm tortillas with additional toppings of your choice.
