- 1 lb white fish
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Lay the fish on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, mix together the cabbage, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Once the fish is cooked through, flake it into small pieces and add it to the cabbage mixture.
- Serve the fish tacos in warm tortillas with additional toppings of your choice.
