Fish Taco Salad
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. fish fillets
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine the lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk together.
  3. Place the fish in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
  4. Let cool slightly before flaking into pieces with a fork.
  5. In a large bowl combine the fish, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, avocado and cilantro.
  6. Toss together with desired amount of dressing.
  7. Serve with your favorite toppings.
