- 1 lb. fish fillets
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine the lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk together.
- Place the fish in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before flaking into pieces with a fork.
- In a large bowl combine the fish, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, avocado and cilantro.
- Toss together with desired amount of dressing.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
