- 1 lb. cod fillets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- In a medium bowl, combine garlic, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, chili powder and salt.
- Add fish fillets to the bowl and gently toss to coat.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the fish mixture.
- Cook for about 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Serve over cooked rice and top with your favorite taco toppings.
