- 2 lbs. fish fillets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Cut fish into 1-inch cubes.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper.
- Dip the fish cubes into the flour mixture and coat evenly.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Fry the fish cubes in batches until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve with desired accompaniments.
