Fish Fry
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Steps
  1. Cut fish into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Dip the fish cubes into the flour mixture and coat evenly.
  4. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  5. Fry the fish cubes in batches until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve with desired accompaniments.
