- 1 lb. pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 3 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 3 fresh figs, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
- Preheat the oven to 500°F.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured work surface and transfer to a baking sheet.
- Brush the dough with the olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the ricotta cheese over the dough and top with the prosciutto and fig slices.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and top with oregano leaves before serving.
