Fig and Prosciutt…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 3 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 3 fresh figs, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves

Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 500°F.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured work surface and transfer to a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the dough with the olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the ricotta cheese over the dough and top with the prosciutto and fig slices.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with oregano leaves before serving.
