Fig and Prosciutt…
Ingredients
  • 1 baguette, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 6 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 1/2 cup fig jam
  • 6 ounces ricotta cheese

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Bake until lightly golden, about 10 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Spread each slice of toast with fig jam, then top with a slice of prosciutto and a dollop of ricotta cheese.
  3. Serve immediately.
