- 1 lb. fettuccine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the fettuccine and cook until al dente.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Drain the cooked fettuccine and add it to the skillet with the garlic and oil.
- Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
