Fava Bean Dip
Ingredients
  • 1 can (15.5 oz) fava beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a food processor, combine the fava beans, garlic, olive oil, cumin, salt and pepper.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Serve with pita chips or vegetables.
