In a food processor, combine the soaked chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander and baking soda. Pulse until the ingredients are finely chopped.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the flour. Season with salt and pepper.
Form the mixture into patties about 1/2 inch thick.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add enough oil to lightly coat the pan. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
