Egg Salad Wraps
Ingredients
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Spread the egg salad onto the four tortillas.
  4. Roll up each wrap and cut in half.
  5. Serve immediately.
