Egg Rolls
Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 8 egg roll wrappers

Steps
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the pork and beef until no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.
  2. Add the onion, carrots, bean sprouts, garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Place 1/4 cup of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll up.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
