- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup bean sprouts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the pork and beef until no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.
- Add the onion, carrots, bean sprouts, garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Place 1/4 cup of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll up.
- Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
