Egg Noodles
Ingredients
  • 1 lb egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and sauté until softened.
  3. Add the garlic powder and stir to combine.
  4. Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the butter-olive oil mixture.
  5. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
  6. Serve immediately.
