- 1 lb egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and sauté until softened.
- Add the garlic powder and stir to combine.
- Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the butter-olive oil mixture.
