- 2 cups shelled edamame
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- In a food processor, combine edamame and tahini and blend until smooth.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, cumin and salt. Blend until creamy.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables.
