Edamame Hummus
Ingredients
  • 2 cups shelled edamame
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

  1. In a food processor, combine edamame and tahini and blend until smooth.
  2. Add garlic, lemon juice, cumin and salt. Blend until creamy.
  3. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
