- 4 large potatoes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Peel and cube the potatoes and place in a large pot of boiling water.
- Boil the potatoes for 10-15 minutes, or until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and allow to cool.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled potatoes with the mayonnaise mixture.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined. Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator before serving.
