Easy Chili
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Steps
  1. In a large pot over medium-high heat, cook the beef until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
  3. Add the tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, chili powder and cumin. Stir to combine.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
