- 1 (7-9 pound) bone-in ham
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons apple juice or orange juice
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Line a roasting pan with foil.
- Place the ham in the pan and score the top with a sharp knife.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, mustard, honey, cloves and cinnamon until combined.
- Spread the mixture over the top of the ham and pour the apple or orange juice around it in the pan.
- Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until a thermometer inserted into thickest part of ham reads 140°F.
