- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 white onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- Salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with the olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the onion, bell peppers and garlic. Toss to combine.
- Add the chicken strips and taco seasoning. Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle salt over top of the fajitas.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with desired toppings.
