- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the mixture to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the llamas over and cook for an additional 2 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from heat and serve
