Dollar Llama
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the mixture to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Flip the llamas over and cook for an additional 2 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat and serve
