Deviled Egg Salad…
Ingredients
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, mash the eggs with a fork.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
  3. Spread the egg salad onto two slices of bread. Top with lettuce and tomato if desired.
  4. Serve immediately.
