- 1 jar of pickles
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- Oil for frying
- Cut the pickles into slices.
- Combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Dip each slice of pickle in the egg mixture then dredge through the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Fry the pickles for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
