Deep-Fried Pickleā€¦
Ingredients
  • 1 jar of pickles
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • Oil for frying

Steps
  1. Cut the pickles into slices.
  2. Combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  4. Dip each slice of pickle in the egg mixture then dredge through the flour mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. Fry the pickles for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
