- 1 jar dill pickles
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- Drain pickles and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- In another shallow bowl, beat together the eggs and milk.
- Dip the pickles into the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep-fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Fry pickles in batches for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
