Deep Fried Pickles
Ingredients
  • 1 jar dill pickles
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Drain pickles and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. In another shallow bowl, beat together the eggs and milk.
  4. Dip the pickles into the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a deep-fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  6. Fry pickles in batches for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
