- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup jelly
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, jelly, and bread crumbs until well combined.
- Form the ground beef into 4 patties. Place a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture in between two patties and press together to form one burger.
- In a deep fryer or large pot, heat oil to 375°F (190°C). Fry the burgers for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
