Ingredients
  • 1 cup dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Oil for frying

Steps
  1. Cut the pickles into 1/4 inch slices.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Dip each pickle slice in the egg, then coat with the flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry pickles for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve.
  6. Enjoy!
