- 1 cup dill pickles
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- Oil for frying
- Cut the pickles into 1/4 inch slices.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Dip each pickle slice in the egg, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry pickles for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve.
