- 2 cucumbers, sliced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes and red onion.
- In a small bowl whisk together basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey.
- Pour dressing over salad ingredients and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
