Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. In a bowl, combine the cucumbers and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil and sugar.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss to combine.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
