- 1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, combine cucumber slices, olive oil, dill, vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper.
- Toss together until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
