Cucumber Roll
Ingredients
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup cooked rice
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Place the cucumber strips on a cutting board.
  2. Arrange the cooked rice, bell pepper, and green onion on top of the cucumber strips.
  3. Roll the cucumber strips around the filling and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the cucumber rolls to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm.
