- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce and ginger.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw and mix until evenly coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
