Crunchy Asian Slaw
Ingredients
  • 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce and ginger.
  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw and mix until evenly coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
