- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cups long grain white rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- In a large bowl, combine the soups, butter, onion and garlic. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the soup mixture over them.
- Add the rice to the slow cooker and mix everything together.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot with desired sides.
