Ingredients
  • 2 lbs small potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry potatoes. Place them on the baking sheet.
  3. Using a potato masher, press down on each potato to flatten it slightly.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve warm.
