Crispy Salmon Bur…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. salmon
  • 1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine salmon, Panko bread crumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into four patties.
  4. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce.
  6. Serve burgers with the Sriracha sauce.
  7. Enjoy!
