- 1 lb. salmon
- 1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine salmon, Panko bread crumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Form mixture into four patties.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce.
- Serve burgers with the Sriracha sauce.
