- 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and salt and pepper.
- Spread potatoes onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
