- 4 turkey legs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, smoked paprika and sea salt in a small bowl.
- Place turkey legs on the prepared baking sheet and brush with the olive oil mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
