- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Rub mixture over chicken thighs.
- Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
