- 1 jar dill pickles
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Drain pickles and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder and onion powder.
- In a separate shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
- Place the bread crumbs in a third shallow bowl.
- Coat each pickle in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten egg and finally coat in the bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry pickles for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
