Crispy Fried Dill…
Ingredients
  • 1 jar dill pickles
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Steps
  1. Drain pickles and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder and onion powder.
  3. In a separate shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Place the bread crumbs in a third shallow bowl.
  5. Coat each pickle in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten egg and finally coat in the bread crumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  7. Fry pickles for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
