- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons of paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cut the chicken into strips.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika and salt and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, pour in the buttermilk.
- Dip the chicken strips into the buttermilk then into the flour mixture.
- Fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
